Refund Policy

We want you to be comfortable buying credits. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Unused credits

If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any of the credits, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing help@cheetahindexer.com with your account email and order details.

Partially used credits

If you have used some credits, we may refund the unused portion at our discretion. Used credits are non-refundable.

Failed submissions

If the system permanently fails to hand off a URL, the credits for that URL are automatically returned to your balance — no request needed.

Crypto payments

Refunds for crypto payments are returned as account credits, since on-chain transactions cannot be reversed.
