Terms of Service

By using Cheetah Indexer you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Cheetah Indexer submits the URLs you provide to a third-party search-indexing pipeline. We facilitate submission; we do not control whether or when search engines ultimately index a page. No indexing outcome is guaranteed.

Credits

• Credits are a one-time, prepaid purchase. One credit submits one URL.
• Credits do not expire but have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• If a submission permanently fails to hand off, the credits for it are automatically refunded to your balance.

Acceptable use

• Submit only URLs you own or are authorized to index.
• Do not submit illegal, malicious, or infringing content.
• Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the service or its limits.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost rankings or traffic.
